The EGC team assists clients in developing high quality grant proposals for all major Government Agencies and Private Foundations. Clients work directly with EGC’s Ph.D. level Grant Writing Specialists, who provide expertise in obtaining grant funding in the client’s technical field. Our services include writing and submitting full proposals as well as critical scientific review and editing to increase the competitiveness of the grant applications.

Small Businesses – SBIR/STTR Grants
Approximately $2 billion is available each year in SBIR/STTR funding for early-stage innovative technologies. The EGC team assists clients in identifying and securing SBIR/STTR grant funding from all of the federal agencies who participate in the SBIR/STTR program, including the DoD, NIH, NSF, DoE, ED, USDA, NASA, and EPA. Private Foundations
Multiple Private Foundations provide funding to advance scientific development. As part of our Strategic Planning services, our Grant Specialists assist clients in identifying Foundation funding to support their research & development funding needs. Once appropriate Foundation opportunities have been identified, we assist clients with full proposal preparation as well as strategies to increase the likelihood of receiving funding. These include:
- Ensure grant proposal is closely aligned with the Foundation’s mission
- Facilitate close communication with Foundation personnel
- Develop budgets within the restrictions of the Foundations’ allowable costs
- Address requests for additional information
